What’s one of the best ways to communicate a new product? By having real people talk about it for you. That’s why Fair created 20+ testimonials from potential customers, asking them what type of car-buying experience they think makes sense for the modern age.
We filmed each interview focus-group style in a studio and captured authenticity, true expression and emotionally-resonant content which we used across investor decks, presentations, social videos, and even to inform the design of the product itself. The work also inspired the groundwork for our word-of-mouth radio campaign, featuring 40+ spots that created buzz about the app prior to launch. Power to the real people.
What’s Fair? | Pre-Launch
Reinvention, pre-explained.
When you’re reinventing not only the car-buying experience, but also the financial model which hasn’t changed since the 1950’s – it’s important to explain not just what you’re doing, but why you’re doing it.
So we created a video before the product was even finished, pushing away from old financial models and introducing an entirely new way to buy a car. Some would have said that creating a video before the product was fully-realized was crazy, but we call it genius. The video acted as advertising across all social and digital platforms and initialized our community building organically. The results on YouTube alone are 107MM+ views and counting.
