Free Agents Founder Jennifer Parke Co-Founded Shroomboom to educate people on the innovations and impact of the “booming” Mushroom market in Sustainability, Fashion, Beauty, Wellness and Mental Health. The discovery of an untapped market to leverage all vertals birthed the name Shroomboom. Echoing the mission to spread spores of education, awareness, and leading the “boom in mushrooms”.

Mushrooms are trending, from luxury brands like Stella McCartney and Loewe to the shelves of EREWHON. We created THE BOOM to make mushroom-related information and innovations accessible to everyone. Our brand combines fashion-forward design with reliable content, setting a new standard for mushroom companies.

In addition to launching an online magazine, Shroomboom developed a marketplace featuring curated products focused on functional mushrooms and zero-waste packaging.

Our team aimed to elevate Shroomboom beyond industry norms, creating a visually stunning brand to popularize mushrooms. By targeting a younger, eco-conscious audience, we promoted products that spanned all sectors of the mushroom industry. We spearheaded the development of Shroomboom zero-waste skincare line and facilitated clothing collaborations with LA-based brands like La Detresse. Through our efforts, Shroomboom has set a new standard in the mushroom industry, merging sustainability with style.
